Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Any2Any.Pics. Please keep your source files and check results that matter to you.
Operator
The service
Any2Any.Pics provides image/file-format information, browser-based conversion tools and, where offered, other image-processing tools. Formats, features and processing methods may evolve. Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Your files and rights
You retain your rights in your files. You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to process them, including any personal data they contain. We do not claim ownership of your images. If server processing is introduced, you permit only the technical use, copying, transformation and transmission necessary to carry out and protect the requested service; this is not permission for unrelated publication or reuse.
Local and server processing
The service is browser-first. Conversions supported locally run on your device and do not require uploading the source image for that conversion. Some conversions may require server processing in the future. That requirement must be disclosed before upload, with an opportunity to decide whether to continue. No silent local-to-server fallback is permitted. Server conversion is not currently offered.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- Violate copyright, privacy or other third-party rights, or process or distribute unlawful material.
- Abuse, disrupt or damage the service, its infrastructure or other users.
- Bypass technical or security limits, exploit vulnerabilities or obtain unauthorized access.
- Generate abusive automated traffic, spam or attacks, including misuse of the contact service.
Conversion results
Conversion can change quality, transparency, animation, colour representation, metadata, dimensions, pages, layers and file size. Not every source feature can be preserved in every target format. A lossless encoding step does not guarantee that the whole conversion preserves all information. The current converter produces still images or a selected rendered page, discards original metadata and may flatten or tone-map content. Verify important outputs and keep the originals.
Availability and format support
Support depends on source and target format, file variant, browser/platform, available decoders and encoders, and resource limits. A listed format or conversion is not a guarantee that every file or device is supported. Currently, browser source files are limited to 32 MB, with additional limits for some images and formats. Unsupported or unavailable conversions are identified. Formats and features may be added, changed or removed.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. These provisions do not affect mandatory warranties, remedies or consumer rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Any2Any.Pics and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections.
Software and intellectual property
The site and conversion engine use open-source and third-party software. Those components remain subject to their own licences and notices. Third-party names, formats and trademarks belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement. These Terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by the applicable open-source licences.
Changes and service availability
Features, content, providers and these Terms may change over time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary. The current Terms and their last-updated date are published here. Mandatory notice, consent and consumer rights remain applicable.
Applicable law and consumer rights
The operator is established in Slovakia. These Terms are governed by Slovak law to the extent a choice of law is permitted. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply, including protections in their country of habitual residence where applicable. Any mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent court is preserved.
